Als Junior Legal Counsel (m/w/d) unterstützt du unser Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft und stellst sicher, dass rechtliche Themen strukturiert, zuverlässig und fristgerecht umgesetzt werden. Du arbeitest eng mit internen Teams (Operations, Finance, Sales) sowie externen Partnern zusammen und übernimmst Verantwortung für zentrale administrative und operative Aufgaben im Legal-Bereich.

Deine Aufgaben:

- Vertragsmanagement & Commercial: Prüfung und Freigabe eingehender Verträge, Unterstützung bei kommerziellen Vereinbarungen (Dienstleister, Partner), Erstellung von NDAs sowie Koordination von Unterschriften
- Rechtsverwaltung & Administration: Gewerbeanmeldungen, Pflege von Kammer-/Netzbetreiber-Einträgen sowie Unterstützung bei Miet-, Strom- und Fuhrparkthemen
- Datenschutz & Compliance: Bearbeitung von Betroffenenanfragen, Verwaltung von AVVs sowie Unterstützung bei regulatorischen Themen und Monitoring von Änderungen
- Produkthaftung & Gewährleistung: Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und erste Bewertung von Haftungsfällen in Abstimmung mit Operations und Technik
- Streitigkeiten & Litigation: Unterstützung im Forderungsmanagement, Bearbeitung anwaltlicher Schreiben und Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für externe Kanzleien
- Juristische Recherche & Support: Recherchen zu wirtschafts-, datenschutz- und regulierungsrechtlichen Themen sowie Unterstützung interner Teams im Tagesgeschäft
- Legal Operations & Projekte: Pflege von Legal-Tools, Fristenmanagement sowie Weiterentwicklung von Templates, Prozessen und cross-funktionalen Projekten

Dein Profil:

- Du hast ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder wirtschaftsrechtliches Studium oder eine Ausbildung zum/ zur Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellten oder im kaufmännischen Bereich (m/w/d) erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Interesse an wirtschaftsnahen rechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau sowie fließend Englisch.
- Es ist von Vorteil (aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung), wenn Du bereits fachlich einschlägige Erfahrungen in einer Kanzlei oder Rechtsabteilung eines B2C Start-Ups gesammelt hast
