Deine Aufgaben

- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und effizienten Bürobetriebs sowie zentrale Ansprechperson für alle bürobezogenen Anliegen der Mitarbeitenden
- Betreuung und Organisation des Empfangs als zentrale Anlaufstelle für Mitarbeitende, Besucher und externe Dienstleister sowie Sicherstellung eines professionellen und herzlichen Empfangs
- Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Lieferanten sowie Organisation von Umzügen und Optimierungsmaßnahmen innerhalb der Mietflächen
- Organisation und Verwaltung der Büroversorgung und -beschaffung, einschließlich der Bestellung von Lebensmitteln, Getränken, Büromaterialien und weiteren Verbrauchsgütern sowie der Verwaltung von Büroausstattung und Zugangskarten
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Feel-Good-Initiativen sowie Planung und Organisation von Mitarbeitendenveranstaltungen, wie beispielsweise der jährlichen Sommerparty
- Unterstützung bei administrativen und kaufmännischen Prozessen, insbesondere Rechnungsprüfung und -verwaltung sowie Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Bestellanforderungen in SAP

Dein Profil

- Erste Berufserfahrung im Office Management, Empfang, in der Hotellerie, Gastronomie oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, gepaart mit einem professionellen und einladenden Auftreten
- Organisationstalent mit der Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu koordinieren und Prioritäten zu setzen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit SAP ist von Vorteil
- Eigenständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Motivierende und hands-on Einstellung mit dem Wunsch, aktiv mit anzupacken und den Büroalltag positiv mitzugestalten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
