Deine Rolle bei uns: - Selbstständige Abwicklung aller Zahlungsprozesse für unser Factoring-Produkt. Dazu gehören die Validierung von Abrechnungsdaten, die Erstellung von Buchungsanweisungen für Auszahlungen und Rückzahlungen sowie die Zahlungsfreigabe. - Laufende Qualitätskontrolle des automatisierten Buchungssystems unseres digitalen Factoring-Produkts sowie das Vornehmen von Umbuchungen und die Korrektur von Transaktionsdaten. - Proaktive Klärung von Sonderfällen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Customer Support und Customer Onboarding Team. - Dokumentation von wiederholt auftretenden Problemen und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team. - Unterstützung des Mahn- und Inkassoprozesses, einschließlich der Bearbeitung von Anfragen unseres externen Inkassodienstleisters.
