## Job description

Working Model: Hybrid, with onsite working 2–3 days per week. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 4 pm–1 am. Contract type: Fixed-term, 1 year contract

Please note: For this position, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship now or in the future. Candidates must already have the permanent legal right to work in the country they apply to and be able to start and maintain employment without visa support from Convera.

As a Junior Payment Specialist with Convera based in our Vilnius office, you will be responsible for facilitating the effective identification and resolution of customer and banking partner inquiries to payment transactions. The role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure SLAs and KPIs are adhered to and investigative duties are managed and resolved in accordance with client’s expectations.

You will be responsible for:

- Coordinate payment queries, providing as immediate answers were possible and referring to banking partners when necessary.
- Accurately coordinate inquiries from banking partners and identify received funds in accordance with agreed SLAs.
- Act as the bridge between our banking partners and internal teams both in writing and verbally as required.
- Communicate with the correspondent bank network to help resolve payment investigations.

You should apply if you have:

- Bachelor’s degree (or last year student).
- A strong attention to detail, as well as a sense of initiative and proactivity.
- Ability to learn quickly and operate in a high-paced, high volume, dynamic environment, maintain targets and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
