Deine Aufgaben:

- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Beschaffungsstrategien zur Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und kosteneffizienten Versorgung mit Waren und Dienstleistungen
- Mitwirkung bei der Identifizierung, Bewertung und Verhandlung mit Lieferanten und Dienstleistern
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Beschaffungsunterlagen, Lieferantendatenbanken und Vertragsdokumentationen
- Überwachung der Lieferantenleistung und Eskalation von Problemen in Bezug auf Qualität, Lieferung oder Preisgestaltung
- Durchführung einfacher Marktanalysen zur Identifikation potenzieller Lieferanten und zum Preisbenchmarking
- Unterstützung interner Stakeholder bei Beschaffungsbedarfen sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der unternehmensweiten Beschaffungsrichtlinien
- Zusammenarbeit mit Finance und Operations zur Sicherstellung korrekter Rechnungsstellung und fristgerechter Zahlungen
- Erstellung von Reports zu Beschaffungsaktivitäten, Lieferantenperformance und Kosteneinsparungen

Deine Qualifikationen:

- Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Supply Chain Management, Volkswirtschaftslehre oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- 1–2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, in der Lieferkette oder in einer vergleichbaren Position (Praktika oder Traineeprogramme werden ebenfalls berücksichtigt)
- Grundkenntnisse in Beschaffungsprozessen, Lieferantenmanagement und Vertragsadministration
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsstärke
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen sind von Vorteil
- Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben parallel zu bearbeiten, Prioritäten zu setzen und effektiv in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Detailorientierte, proaktive Arbeitsweise und hohe Lernbereitschaft
