This includes leading outreach to first year and second year students, representing SSU at events and boothing, and supporting the broader team across finance, marketing, and logistics portfolios to gain exposure to all areas of the club. Time Commitment Typically 2-3 hours per week, up to 5-7 hours per week in September Term of Employment August 2026 - April 2027 Main Responsibilities - Act as the primary point of contact for SSU first and second year students - Understand the needs of the first year, second year and new students - Propose new ideas to address students’ needs and communicate it with the marketing team and other executive members - Assist across the finance, marketing, and logistics portfolios as needed ## Qualifications - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Genuine interest in SSU's mission and eagerness to learn - Proactive, reliable, and able to take initiative with limited direction Anticipated Learning Outcomes The Junior Representative will gain hands on experience in outreach, peer engagement, and developing a foundational understanding of logistics and event operations through cross team involvement.
