The fashion industry produces over 100 billion garments a year. 60% end up in landfill, not because people don't want these clothes, but because the supply chain for getting secondhand fashion from donation to resale is completely offline, manual and broken. Fleek is fixing this. Our mission is to make secondhand the first choice. We're building the infrastructure powering the global secondhand clothing trade, through a B2B marketplace and the AI systems digitising the supply chain behind it. Through Fleek, vintage stores, online resellers and retail buyers source graded secondhand inventory directly from wholesalers and rag houses across multiple countries. Our key enabler is FleekSort, an AI model fine-tuned on secondhand fashion, that can grade, price and categorise items with just a photo, turning what has historically been an opaque and manual trade into a structured, searchable and tradable global inventory layer. Since 2022, we've saved 9 million items from landfill while tripling in size year-on-year. In July 2026 we closed our Series B, led by Burda Principal Investments with participation from eBay and FJ Labs, alongside existing backers a16z, Y Combinator and HV Capital, plus angels who helped build Depop, Shopify and Postmates. Today, we connect suppliers across India, Pakistan and Dubai with roughly 50,000 retailers and resellers in 100+ countries. With the secondhand fashion market projected to reach $350B by 2027, Fleek is building the AI-native operational and financial backbone for secondhand commerce globally. We're looking for people who want to build something that matters and move fast doing it. Sound good? Keep reading. ## ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring a Key Account Manager to grow Fleek's vendor and seller base in India. You'll sit in our Supply team, reporting to our Supply Lead and own a portfolio of India's most important vendor accounts end to end: finding them, signing them, onboarding them and scaling them. India is one of Fleek's most important supply markets and this role is the engine of its growth. You'll build a portfolio of key accounts, put milllions of dollars of healthy inventory on the platform every month and drive India toward its goals in monthly marketplace GMV. This is a hunting role as much as a farming one. The best vendors in India aren't waiting in an inbox: they're in godowns, wholesale markets and aggregator networks and you'll go find them. ## WHY THIS ROLE STANDS OUT Most account management jobs hand you a book of existing clients and a renewal target. This one hands you a market. India's used-clothing trade is enormous and almost entirely offline, and every vendor you bring onto Fleek is inventory that 50,000 buyers in 100+ countries can suddenly see and order. You'll own real commercial outcomes early: negotiating pricing, commission and payout terms, deciding which accounts to scale and writing the playbooks that the whole India supply org will run on as it grows. Your numbers will be visible to the whole company. And you'll do it AI-native. FleekSort and our internal tools automate the grunt work of cataloguing and account management, so your time goes into relationships and growth, not spreadsheets. WHAT MAKES YOU A FLEEK KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER? - Hunter: You proactively source and close new accounts rather than waiting for inbound and you get a kick out of the chase. - Relationship Builder: You're equally credible with a small boutique seller and a large aggregator and you build trust that lasts beyond the first deal. - Commercial Negotiator: Pricing, commission and payout terms don't scare you. You find the structure that works for the vendor and for Fleek. - AI-Native: You reach for AI tools to automate and scale your workflows by default and you're excited to work somewhere that runs that way. - Bias for Action: You're comfortable in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment and would rather ship an imperfect first version than wait for a perfect plan. ## WHAT YOU'LL DO - Hunt and close key accounts: Build a portfolio of vendor accounts, each averaging $35K+ in monthly GMV, by proactively sourcing aggregators, godowns and quality sellers across India. - Own onboarding and activation: Take new vendors from first conversation to live, healthy catalog on the platform, fast. - Grow catalog depth and quality: Drive healthy inventory onto the platform every month, growing over 20% month on month, with listing quality and freshness to match. - Drive GMV: Grow India's contribution in healthy monthly marketplace GMV, growing 30% month on month. - Improve retention and performance: Manage account health hand in hand with vendors, bringing cancellation rates down. - Deepen share of wallet: Strengthen relationships across your portfolio so Fleek captures a growing share of each vendor's inventory. - Build the playbooks: Turn what works into repeatable onboarding and scaling playbooks for the India vendor base. - Automate your workflows: Use AI tools to scale account management, reporting and vendor communication, so you can run a bigger book than a traditional KAM ever could. ## WHAT YOU BRING - 3 to 5 years in key account management, vendor or seller management, or B2B growth. Ideally in a marketplace, e-commerce or D2C business. - A proven track record of growing a supply-side or seller base. You've onboarded, activated and scaled sellers and can talk through the numbers. - Commercial negotiation experience. You've negotiated pricing, commission or payout terms directly with vendors or sellers. - A working understanding of catalog and inventory operations. Listing quality, SKU management and product categorisation aren't foreign concepts. - An AI-first mindset. You already use AI tools to work faster and want to get better at it. - Structured communication. You can report account health clearly and escalate issues to Ops, Supply and Product without drama. - A genuine excitement for building the supply side of a marketplace in a category that has never been digitised before. ## Nice to Have - Experience in fashion, apparel or lifestyle categories - Familiarity with vendor onboarding via marketplace platforms (Shopify, custom seller portals and similar) - Exposure to regional or multi-city vendor networks in India - Knowledge of the used-clothing or liquidation trade The Practicalities - Location: Delhi, with regular travel to vendors and supply hubs - Work model: On-site and field-based - Reporting: Supply Lead - Stage: Post-Series B, hyper-growth - Culture: High ownership, non-hierarchical, fast-moving. Founder-led with strong opinions loosely held. ## OUR VALUES Five values shape how we work at Fleek: - Dream Big and Disrupt Yourself: Push the most ambitious version of what you're building. Step out of your comfort zone. Nothing is out of reach. - Absolute Ownership: The buck stops with you. Drive initiatives to completion. Experiment, learn, persevere. The job isn't done until the job is done. - Curiosity Leads the Way: Don't accept anything at face value. Ask questions you don't know the answer to. That's how you innovate. - Talk to the Customer: Deeply understand their challenges, motivations and ambitions. Every decision starts with the customer at the centre. - Embrace Diversity: A global team building for a global supply chain. Bring your authentic self and embrace the diversity of everyone you encounter. ## About Fleek ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: Fleek is an AI-native marketplace connecting vintage and second-hand clothing wholesalers with resellers and retailers globally, using proprietary computer vision to grade, price, and catalogue inventory automatically. - **Entity Type**: Private (Series B) - **Headquarters**: London, United Kingdom (Shoreditch) - **Founded**: November 2021 - **Founders**: Abhi Arora (CEO & Co-founder) and Sanket Agarwal (CTO & Co-founder) ## Core Business - **Primary industry**: Technology, Information and Internet; Circular Economy; Fashion - **Target customers**: B2B — vintage wholesalers (suppliers) and resellers/retail stores (buyers) across the US, Europe, Australia, Japan, and beyond - **Mission/purpose statement**: Building the AI-native infrastructure for the circular economy; making second-hand the first choice by powering a transparent, scalable wholesale marketplace for vintage fashion. ## Products & Services - **Fleek Marketplace**: A B2B platform connecting wholesale secondhand fashion suppliers with buyers globally.
