Als Key Account Manager (gn) - EDEKA bist du für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der regionalen EDEKA-Zentralen sowie die Umsetzung passender Vertriebsstrategien verantwortlich. Du bringst Erfahrung im Key Account Management oder im LEH-Umfeld mit und hast Lust die Marken ESN & More Nutrition voranzutreiben? Dann melde dich bei uns und werde Teil des Teams.

Deine Mission bei uns

- Du betreust die Zusammenarbeit mit den regionalen EDEKA-Zentralen und baust unsere Partnerschaft kontinuierlich aus
- Du entwickelst kundenindividuelle Vertriebsstrategien und setzt diese gemeinsam mit dem Außendienst um
- Du führst Jahres- und Konditionsgespräche mit den Handelspartnern und verhandelst auf Augenhöhe
- Du analysierst Markt- und Kundenkennzahlen und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen ab
- Du sorgst für eine optimale Warenverfügbarkeit und unterstützt eine starke Platzierung unserer Produkte im Handel
- Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing, Supply Chain und Außendienst zusammen und treibst gemeinsame Projekte voran

Deine Erfahrung & Skills

- Du hast ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation abgeschlossen
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung im Key Account Management sowie im FMCG-Bereich, vorzugsweise im EDEKA Umfeld
- Du kennst die dezentrale Organisation des Handels und berücksichtigst regionale Besonderheiten in deiner Arbeit
- Du analysierst komplexe Themen schnell und setzt Strategien pragmatisch um
- Du gehst Verhandlungen selbstbewusst an und erreichst nachhaltige Ergebnisse
- Du handelst eigeninitiativ, bist kommunikationsstark und arbeitest gerne im Team
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch und Englisch
