## JOBBESCHREIBUNG

Wir launchen aktuell ein neues, spannendes Trainingsprogramm: AI for Leaders & Project Managers – Teil einer umfassenden AI Academy, mit der wir Führungskräfte und Projektteams fit für die KI-Ära machen, und wir suchen aktuell Verstärkung für unser Team.

Du hast KI-Tools wie Microsoft 365 Copilot, Codex oder Copilot Studio im Projekt- und Führungsalltag eingesetzt – Meetings ausgewertet, Reportings automatisiert, Business Cases erstellt, Teams durch Change-Prozesse geführt – und willst dieses Wissen jetzt weitergeben, statt es nur in eigenen Projekten zu nutzen? Als KI & Management Coach begleitest Du Führungskräfte und Projektmanager:innen fachlich und didaktisch durch ihre KI-Weiterbildung: Du beantwortest ihre Fragen, hilfst ihnen über die Hürden bei Business-Case-Erstellung, Stakeholder-Kommunikation und Change-Vorhaben hinweg und sorgst dafür, dass sie am Ende nicht nur AI-Tools bedienen, sondern eine AI-First-Kultur in ihren Teams und Projekten nachhaltig verankern.

Du bewertest Lernfortschritte, begleitest Peer-Learning-Formate und On-demand-Mentoring und gibst strukturiertes, konstruktives Feedback. Durch den engen Kontakt zu den Lernenden trägst Du außerdem aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unseres neuen Trainingsprogramms bei – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Coaching Team Lead, dem Learning Team und weiteren Schnittstellen.

## SCHWERPUNKTE DEINER ROLLE

- Fachliche Beantwortung von Fragen der Lernenden (schriftlich und mündlich) zu AI-gestütztem Projektmanagement, Change-Management und Tools wie Copilot, Power Automate und Copilot Studio
- Vermittlung und Vertiefung von Trainingsinhalten in Kick-off-Live-Events, Peer-Learning-Formaten, On-demand-Mentoring und individueller Lernbegleitung
- Begleitung von Führungskräften und Projektmanager:innen bei Unsicherheiten im Lernprozess sowie bei Business Cases, Stakeholder-Mapping und Change-Vorhaben
- Durchführung und Bewertung von Abschlussprojekten (u. a. AI-Readiness-Frameworks, Change Impact Briefs) sowie Entscheidung über den Trainingserfolg
- Erstellung, Aufbereitung und Weiterentwicklung von Lernmaterialien rund um AI-gestütztes Projektmanagement, Wissensmanagement und Adoption-Tracking
- Qualitätssicherung bestehender Trainings inkl. Feedback ans Learning-Team
- Durchführung individueller Coaching-Sessions zu Führungsthemen wie "Leading Without Authority", Stakeholder-Kommunikation und Veränderungsmanagement
- Unterstützung neuer Teammitglieder

## DAS BRINGST DU MIT

- Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem wirtschafts- oder projektmanagementnahen Fachbereich (z. B. BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftspsychologie) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Projekt-, Team- oder Programmleitung, idealerweise in technischen oder industriellen Organisationen
- Praktische Erfahrung mit AI-Tools für Wissensarbeiter:innen (z. B. Microsoft 365 Copilot, Codex, Copilot Studio) im beruflichen Kontext
- Erfahrung in Change-Management, Stakeholder-Kommunikation und der Erstellung von Business Cases
- Verständnis von AI-Governance-Themen (EU AI Act, Responsible AI, Human-in-the-Loop-Prinzipien)
- Didaktische Erfahrung in der Vermittlung von Führungs- und Managementinhalten an Führungskräfte und Projektmanager:innen
- Verständnis für didaktische Konzepte der Erwachsenenbildung und Online-Weiterbildung
- Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, Empathie, klare Kommunikation und konstruktive Feedbackkultur
- Hands-on-Mentalität, Teamgeist, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1)
