Verantwortlichkeiten - Du tauchst tief in das WEG-Tagesgeschäft unserer neu übernommenen Verwaltungen ein, identifizierst Engpässe frühzeitig und baust bestehende Rückstände gezielt ab. - Du begleitest und steuerst die operative Umstellung auf unsere Buena-Software direkt vor Ort bei den Teams. - Du schulst die Teams praxisnah an unserer Software und befähigst sie, Versammlungen, Beschlüsse und das Tagesgeschäft digital abzuwickeln. - Du bringst deine tiefen WEG-Erfahrungen aus den Einsätzen zurück in unser Product-Team, um unsere Software stetig zu verbessern.
