Deine Rolle. Wir suchen einen Konstrukteur mit ausgeprägter Hands-on-Mentalität, der die konstruktive Umsetzung von Bauteilen und Baugruppen für unsere elektrischen Nutzfahrzeuge verantwortet. In dieser Rolle erstellst du 3D-Daten und die daraus abgeleiteten Herstell- und Montagezeichnungen. Die Anforderungen an die Bauteile kommen grösstenteils von unseren Maschinenbauingenieuren, Änderungswünsche aus verschiedenen Bereichen des Entwicklungsteams. Du setzt diese Anforderungen in robuste, fertigungs- und montagegerechte Konstruktionen um. Die Montierbarkeit im Fahrzeug behältst du dabei selbstständig im Blick. Versionen und Anforderungen pflegst du in unserem internen Dokumentationstool; die Freigabe von Bauteilen und Fertigungsdaten erfolgt über die zuständigen Stellen. Bei Flux arbeitest du in einem kleinen Team mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen. Du übernimmst früh Verantwortung für deine Bauteile und gestaltest die Umsetzung unserer Fahrzeuge direkt mit.

Was du bei uns bewegen kannst.

- Modellierung und Konstruktion montagegerechter Bauteile und Baugruppen auf Basis der Pflichtenhefte.
- Erstellung normgerechter Herstell- und Montagezeichnungen.
- Versionierung und Einpflegen der Bauteile in unsere internen Produktionsabläufe sowie Pflege von Stücklisten.
- Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung bestehender Produkte im Rahmen der Produktpflege.
- Konstruktion von Prüfständen und Betriebsmitteln.
- Mitarbeit bei Konzeptstudien, zum Beispiel Bauraumanalysen.
- Beschaffung von Prototypenteilen und Fertigung von Mustern ab 3D-Druck.

Wie du in dieser Rolle erfolgreich sein wirst.

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Konstrukteur:in mit eidg. Fähigkeitszeugnis oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- 3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Konstruktion, idealerweise im Maschinen- oder Fahrzeugbau.
- Sicheres, normgerechtes Erstellen von Zeichnungsableitungen.
- Erfahrung in der Konstruktion von Blechteilen und Schweisskonstruktionen.
- Versierter Umgang mit CAD-Tools, vorzugsweise CATIA V6.
- Erfahrung mit Versionierungs- bzw. PLM-Tools.
- Freude an pragmatischer, interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für deine Bauteile zu übernehmen.
