Als Kreditorenbuchhalter*in bei AutoScout24 übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der reibungslosen Abwicklung unserer Accounts-Payable-Prozesse. Sie sorgen dafür, dass Rechnungen, Zahlungen und Abstimmungen zuverlässig laufen, arbeiten eng mit internen Stakeholdern und Lieferanten zusammen und bringen eigene Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse ein.

Ihre Aufgaben

- Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Freigabeprozesse
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Zahlläufen
- Abstimmung von Kreditorenkonten sowie Klärung offener Posten
- Bearbeitung von Lieferantenanfragen und Zahlungserinnerungen gemeinsam mit den zuständigen Fachbereichen
- Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Pflege von Kreditorenstammdaten und Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität
- Mitarbeit an der Optimierung und Automatisierung von AP-Prozessen

Ihr Profil

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Accounting oder Rechnungswesen
- Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung oder einer vergleichbaren Finance-Rolle
- Gute Kenntnisse in Rechnungslegung und Umsatzsteuer
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise Workday, sowie sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit Coupa oder vergleichbaren Spend-Management-Tools ist ein Plus
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
- Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
