Die Rolle – Deine Leidenschaft

- Du begeisterst unsere Kund*innen bei der Abholung und Rückgabe ihres Campers mit einem strahlenden Lächeln und gestaltest ihre roadsurfer-Reise unvergesslich.
- Du erläuterst und übergibst unsere Camper persönlich an die Kund*innen.
- Du packst tatkräftig mit an und kümmerst dich um die gründliche Reinigung – innen wie außen – unserer Camper.
- Du unterstützt das Stationsteam bei allen täglichen Aufgaben und sorgst dafür, dass unsere #happyroadsurfer mit Freude in den Urlaub starten.

Was du brauchst, um mit uns auf einer Welle zu surfen

- Du bist absolut hands-on und packst jederzeit mit an.
- Optimalerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrung im Kundenservice mit.
- Führerschein Klasse B.
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Dein Gehalt Wir ❤️ Transparenz. Das Gehaltsband für diese Position liegt zwischen 32.000 EUR und 32.400 EUR brutto jährlich. Wir führen aktuell Gehaltsbänder in unseren Stellenbeschreibungen ein, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Mitarbeitenden fair behandelt werden. Sobald wir uns im Bewerbungsprozess besser kennenlernen und deine Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen noch genauer einschätzen können, finden wir gemeinsam heraus, welche Stufe innerhalb des Gehaltsbands am besten zu dir passt. In einem jährlichen Feedbackgespräch wird dein Gehalt mindestens einmal im Jahr überprüft.
