## Job description

У команду департаменту роздрібних продажів шукаємо фахівця/-чиню, що відповідатиме за супровід та оптимізацію процесів обслуговування абонентів, розробку покращень і роботу зі скаргами сервісного характеру.

Що треба робити?

- Оптимізувати та супроводжувати зміни в нових і чинних процесах обслуговування абонентів
- Надавати та реалізовувати пропозиції щодо спрощення і покращення клієнтського досвіду в роздробі
- Брати участь у кросфункціональних робочих групах для досягнення спільних цілей
- Аналізувати й супроводжувати процес роботи зі скаргами сервісного характеру та готувати звіти для керівництва
- Досліджувати статистичні дані щодо обслуговування абонентів та робити корисні висновки
- Здійснювати польові візити й збирати зворотний зв'язок від команди продажів задля підвищення ефективності
