Here is how the Landowner Relations Manager role will impact our business: - The Landowner Relations Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations and performance of the Landowner Relations team, ensuring landowner inquiries are handled accurately, consistently, and timely within a high-volume service environment. - The role provides leadership, coaching, and performance management while balancing productivity, quality, responsiveness, and the overall landowner experience. - The Landowner Relations Manager oversees case and task execution, workload and capacity, quality standards, and adherence to established Landowner Relations processes within a digital case management environment. - This position partners with internal teams to coordinate resolution of landowner inquiries, including complex or escalated matters, and identify operational gaps and opportunities for improvement. - This role supports the continued evolution of Landowner Relations through improvements to processes, technology, reporting, automation, and digital capabilities that enhance operational efficiency and the landowner experience.
