This role requires strong leasing and land administration experience and must be performed in-office in Houston, TX. This is an in-office position focused on Eagle Ford development. ## Responsibilities - Manage leasing and land administration activities within the Eagle Ford play. - Negotiate and secure oil and gas leases, amendments, extensions, and related agreements. - Support regulatory compliance and filings related to South Texas operations. - Review and interpret mineral ownership, lease terms, and contractual obligations. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding drilling schedules, title status, and development planning. - Maintain organized, accurate land records and internal tracking systems. - Provide timely updates and reporting to internal leadership. ## Preferred Qualifications - 5+ years of Landman experience. - Significant, hands-on experience in the Eagle Ford play. - Strong understanding of South Texas mineral and regulatory environments. - Prior experience working in-house or directly for an operator preferred. - Ability to work full-time in-office in Houston, TX. - Strong communication skills and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
