## Job description

Start Date: January 1, 2027 | Level: Junior / Intermediate | Location: Elmshorn (hybrid) | Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)

As an Launch Engineer / Industrialization Project Manager (gn), you will be responsible for managing production ramp-ups and coordinating industrialization projects. ## Your mission

- Responsibility for planning, managing, and implementing product and production launches through to series production
- Leading and coordinating industrialization and product launch projects in close collaboration with R&D, Production, and Quality
- Ensuring the timely commissioning and acceptance of production lines (e.g., Run@Rate, FAT)
- Planning and executing test runs, scale-ups, and initial production runs for new products
- Serving as the central point of contact for all interfaces and managing risks and measures during the launch process

## Your experience & skills

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration, or comparable qualification
- Experience in project management, industrialization, or production launches
- Independent, solution-oriented, and structured approach to work
- Knowledge of production processes and product launches
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Good written and spoken German and English
