## LE CONTEXTE :

Fondée en 2017 par des ingénieurs de CentraleSupélec, ILLUIN Technology est une scale-up française en pleine effervescence de plus de 170 passionnés (dont 150+ cracks de la tech). Notre mission ? Déployer l'IA et les solutions digitales de pointe à grande échelle, avec une culture de l’excellence forgée sur le plateau de Paris-Saclay. Notre force repose sur une double approche unique :

- MAKE : Des réalisations tech sur-mesure en GenAI, Data Science et Software Engineering.
- BUY : Une suite de produits propriétaires de pointe (Dialogue, Automate, Analyze) orchestrée par notre plateforme low-code nAixt.

Propulsés par une croissance ultra-dynamique (15 M€ de CA en 2025 et une récente levée de fonds), nous structurons notre département Delivery. Nous recherchons un(e) leader capable d'allier rigueur opérationnelle et excellence technologique.

## VOTRE RÔLE :

Rattaché(e) directement au pôle Delivery, vous occuperez un poste pivot de Lead Delivery / Senior Project Manager. Véritable "Leader de terrain", vous mènerez de front plusieurs projets complexes engagés au forfait dans un univers Data / IA stimulant, tout en devenant l’artisan de l'industrialisation de nos processus internes. Le match parfait : Vous disposez de 7 à 10 ans d'expérience, dont au moins 5 ans passés à piloter des projets au forfait au sein d'une ESN, le tout porté par une solide culture Data / IA.

## VOS MISSIONS :

1. Chef d'Orchestre des Projets au Forfait (Engagement de résultats)

- Pilotage transversal : Vous gérez de A à Z les projets au forfait (Forfait traditionnel, C2S) et pilotez les aspects contractuels ainsi que les avenants, main dans la main avec l'équipe Sales.
- Garant du triptyque : Coût, Qualité, Délais. Vous êtes responsable de la valeur et de la qualité des livrables de nos équipes tech.
- Pilotage financier : Vous maîtrisez la rentabilité et la marge de votre portefeuille de projets (suivi des indicateurs clés : ETC, EAC).
- Garant des engagements : Vous veillez au respect strict des KPI et SLA contractuels.
- Méthodologie & Agilité : Vous maîtrisez les frameworks de gestion de projet (Scrum/Agile, Cycle en V, SAFE) et savez parfaitement les adapter aux incertitudes inhérentes aux projets Data / IA.
- Leadership d'équipe : Vous coordonnez et inspirez des équipes de production composées d'ingénieurs issus des plus grandes écoles.
- Gouvernance de haut niveau : Vous êtes l'interlocuteur direct des décideurs chez nos Grands Comptes. Vous préparez et animez les Comités de Pilotage et de Suivi avec une posture de conseiller stratégique.

1. Business Development & Animation

- Partenaire du Business : Vous soutenez l'équipe BizDev grâce à votre vision 360° des écosystèmes clients (besoins, roadmap, contraintes).
- Croissance organique : Vous détectez de nouvelles opportunités de business au sein de vos comptes existants.
- Alignement stratégique : En binôme avec les Sales, vous veillez au cadrage des dispositifs pour maximiser la satisfaction client et la performance des équipes.

1. Industrialisation du Delivery

- Process & Outils : Vous structurez les backlogs, optimisez les workflows de delivery dans Jira et automatisez les reportings pour faire gagner tout le monde en efficacité.
- Amélioration continue : En collaboration avec les Delivery Managers, vous participez activement à la transformation et à l'industrialisation du Delivery au sein du SI d'Illuin (processus, intégration d'outils corporate, KPIs internes).

## VOTRE PROFIL

- Formation : Diplôme d'ingénieur (Bac+5) issu d’une école de premier rang.
- Expérience : Plus de 7 ans d'expérience minimum, impérativement marquée par la gestion de projets au forfait dans le monde des ESN ou des cabinets de conseil.
- Hard Skills :
- Un background technique solide (Java, Python, SQL) pour pouvoir challenger intelligemment les équipes tech.
- Une maîtrise avancée et incontournable de Jira.
- Une expertise éprouvée en gestion de projet (Agile, Cycle en V, SAFE, gestion des risques).
- Une vraie sensibilité et une culture affûtée des écosystèmes Data & IA.
- Soft Skills :
- Une grande autonomie et un fort pouvoir de conviction.
- Un caméléon de la communication : vous êtes aussi à l'aise pour échanger avec un développeur en interne qu'avec le C-Level d'un grand compte.
- Un esprit de synthèse aiguisé, une excellente communication écrite/orale et une vraie posture de consultant.
- Langues : Français et Anglais courants (contexte international).
