Lead Gen Specialist (Part-time Contractor) As a Lead Gen Specialist, you’ll help turn marketing engagement into qualified sales opportunities while supporting demand gen, ABM, and lifecycle marketing programs. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is proactive, organized, comfortable communicating with prospects, and eager to gain hands-on experience across different areas of sales and marketing. This is a part-time role, 20-hours a week. ## What You’ll Be Responsible For - Follow up with leads generated from events, webinars, content syndication, digital campaigns, and other marketing programs. - Engage prospects through personalized email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach. - Research prospects and accounts to better understand their business, role, and potential needs. - Schedule qualified meetings with the appropriate Account Executive. - Support ABM programs through account research, contact identification, and campaign coordination. - Assist with lifecycle and nurture programs, including email campaigns, event follow-up, and prospect re-engagement. - Keep lead and campaign information accurate and up to date. - Track basic campaign and lead follow-up results and share learnings with the Marketing team. ## What We're Looking For - 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, sales development, or a related role. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities. - Curious and comfortable learning technical products and new industries. - Proactive, dependable, and willing to learn. - Comfortable working toward measurable goals. - Collaborative and excited to work across Marketing and Sales ## Compensation The pay range for this role is $50 to $70 an hour depending on experience.
