## MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and mentor a team of Product Designers fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Act as a hands-on designer, spending the majority of your time creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, leading by example and setting the quality bar through your own work.
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to drive design initiatives.
- Drive the overall design strategy and vision for the design team, aligning it with business objectives and Coveron brand guidelines.
- Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept to implementation, ensuring a user-centric approach and a seamless cross-platform user experience.
- Conduct regular design reviews, providing constructive feedback to the team to elevate the overall design quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously improve Coveron design standards.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs, translating them into actionable design strategies.
- Combine strong people management and leadership skills with a solid design background to foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

## CORE REQUIREMENTS

- 5+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in a product-focused environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful design projects with a focus on app design.
- Expertise in app design, with knowledge of best practices for iOS, Android, and web platforms.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between design and development.
