## Job description

En immersion chez nos clients grands comptes (Decathlon, Carrefour, L'Oréal, Chanel...), tu as un double rôle : délivrer un produit à fort impact et faire progresser les équipes qui le porteront après toi. Tu navigues entre faire du produit et faire faire du produit, souvent dans des organisations en transformation, avec les équipes Thiga comme point d'appui. Tu es AI-empowered.

En tant que Consultant.e, ce que tu seras amené·e à faire en mission 🎯

- Livrer un produit à fort impact depuis la stratégie jusqu'au déploiement, en passant par la discovery et la delivery

- Évaluer la maturité produit des équipes en place et proposer un plan d'action concret pour améliorer l'organisation et les processus

- Cadrer et lancer un nouveau produit, ou challenger et faire progresser un produit existant

- Coacher les équipes produit pour les faire monter en maturité, en diffusant de bonnes pratiques qui tiennent dans la durée

- Déployer une vision long terme et coordonner la réalisation concrète de la roadmap

- Utiliser l'IA pour accélérer ton travail et augmenter la qualité de l'ensemble de tes livrables

En interne chez Thiga, selon ton niveau de séniorité et tes envies, tu peux 💡

- Manager une équipe, chez Thiga ou en mission, en accompagnant des Thiguys·girls dans leur développement et en assurant les conditions de leur épanouissement professionnel

- Contribuer au développement commercial de Thiga en menant des avant-ventes

- Contribuer au rayonnement de Thiga en prenant la parole sur nos convictions et nos retours d'expérience en externe

- Former au sein de la Thiga Academy

Compétences produit, AI-empowered 🖇

- Tu définis la stratégie et la vision produit, et tu sais les défendre en comité de direction comme face à une équipe terrain

- Tu structures et assures la discovery, tu maîtrises les techniques de priorisation (RICE, MoSCow, Kano...) et tu sais choisir la bonne selon le contexte

- Tu définis la roadmap et planifies les futures versions avec une approche user-centric, orientée problèmes et outcomes

- Tu pilotes la delivery et l'ensemble des rituels agiles

- En autonomie ou avec un.e Product Marketing Manager, tu assures le go-to-market de ton produit : stratégie, déploiement, adoption, mesure, itération

- Tu interprètes les KPIs de performance produit et en déduis l'impact réel sur les utilisateurs

- Tu collabores avec des Product Designers pour concevoir l'expérience utilisateur, web ou mobile, et tu sais cadrer des tests utilisateurs

- Tu sais coacher, t'adapter aux besoins et aux personnalités de chacun pour garantir une montée en compétence qui dure

- Tu utilises l'IA pour accélérer ton travail, pas pour le remplacer

Compétences relationnelles 🤝

- Communication : tu rends visible et compréhensible ce que tu fais, avec synthèse, clarté et écoute active

- Assertivité : tu défends tes convictions, tu embarques les parties prenantes même les plus résistantes, et tu sais gérer les dynamiques politiques complexes chez le client

- Curiosité : tu fais de la veille, tu testes, tu partages, aussi bien sur le product management que sur l'IA

- Humilité : tu te remets en question, tu apprends de tes erreurs et tu progresses vite

Expériences 📇 Tu as au minimum 6 ans d'expérience dans en Product Management avec une vraie pratique de la discovery autant que de la delivery, notamment en grands comptes.
