Design financial products that help people move forward. MeridianLink Coach builds credit-health tools for credit unions and their members, including adverse action notices, warm-decline journeys, credit monitoring, and the portals that support them. ## What you'll do

- Lead design across member journeys, credit union tools, and internal products.
- Take ideas from early discovery through prototypes, testing, and shipped experiences.
- ·Own and evolve our design system across responsive design, accessibility, localization, and dark mode.
- Create clear systems and specifications that help AI agents and engineers implement with accuracy.
- Review what ships, learn from users, and keep raising the product quality bar.
- Partner closely with engineers, customers, and stakeholders.

## What you bring

- 6+ years of product design experience, including leading a product from ambiguity to launch and iteration.
- A portfolio that shows strong systems thinking and excellent craft in complex flows such as forms, disclosures, or data-rich interfaces.
- Accessibility built into your process.
- Comfort with AI design and prototyping tools, plus curiosity about agent-built product development.
- The ability to work autonomously, communicate clearly, and carry design decisions through production.
