We are seeking an organized, motivated, and passionate Learning and Development Specialist to join our team of talented and inspiring colleagues in a fast-paced environment. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of training programs across the company, including onboarding, product/software training, and company-wide learning initiatives. The role will work closely with L&D, Product, Operations, and HR. ## Responsibilities - Create and maintain onboarding and role-specific training programs. - Develop e-learning courses, scripts, videos, quizzes, and activities. - Create and maintain software/product training and update training as products change. - Research and synthesize information from documentation into clear learning materials. - Support LMS administration. - Manage multiple training projects and deadlines. - Collaborate with stakeholders across departments. - Support broader L&D initiatives as needed. ## Qualifications / Desired Skills - Strong curiosity and willingness to learn. - Excellent attention to detail. - Strong written and verbal communication. - Ability to research and synthesize complex information. - Comfortable learning and using new software/tools. - Creative approach to learning and content development. - Organized and able to manage multiple projects. - Able to work independently and take ownership. - Comfortable with ambiguity and asking questions. - Perfect English skills; both written and oral. - Residing in Istanbul city center.
