Factor_, eine Marke von HelloFresh, sucht Dich als Learning Business Partner (all genders). Als Learning Business Partner bist du die zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Trainings- und Entwicklungsmaßnahmen am Standort. Dein Fokus liegt auf der operativen Umsetzung von Onboarding-Programmen, der Organisation und Koordination von Trainings sowie der Sicherstellung, dass unsere Mitarbeitenden alle notwendigen Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten erhalten, um erfolgreich im Tagesgeschäft zu arbeiten. Gemeinsam mit Führungskräften und Stakeholdern sorgst du für praxisnahe Trainings, die Standards sichern und die Effizienz in unseren Prozessen steigern.

Dein Verantwortungsbereich

- Du übernimmst die Organisation, Koordination und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Onboarding-Programmen und Trainingsmaßnahmen und stellst eine reibungslose und konsistente Lernerfahrung für neue und bestehende Mitarbeitende sicher.
- Die zuverlässige Durchführung und Koordination aller Pflichttrainings, insbesondere in den Bereichen Health & Safety und Food Safety, liegt in deiner Verantwortung. Dabei stellst du sicher, dass alle relevanten Trainings am Standort termingerecht und in hoher Qualität umgesetzt werden.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften und Fachbereichen identifizierst du Schulungsbedarfe und Entwicklungspotenziale und leitest daraus passende und praxisnahe Lernmaßnahmen ab.
- Die Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Pflege von Trainingsmaterialien sowie die Dokumentation von Trainingsfortschritten gehören ebenso zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich wie die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Trainingseffektivität.
- Als fachliche und disziplinarische Führungskraft des Learning Teams am Standort unterstützt und coachst du die Teammitglieder und stellst eine einheitlich hohe Qualität in der Trainingsumsetzung sicher.
- Mit einem analytischen Blick auf die Trainingseffizienz identifizierst du konkrete Verbesserungspotenziale im Tagesgeschäft und setzt entsprechende Maßnahmen eigenständig um.
- Darüber hinaus wirkst du an operativen Learning-&-Development-Projekten auf Standort- und standortübergreifender Ebene mit und trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung von L&D-Initiativen in der gesamten Organisation bei.

Dein Profil

- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Erwachsenenbildung, Learning & Development oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung im Trainings- oder Lernmanagement, idealerweise in einem Produktions- oder Logistikumfeld.
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der operativen Umsetzung von Trainings- und Onboarding-Maßnahmen sowie Kenntnisse verschiedener Schulungstechniken und deren praxisnaher Anwendung.
- Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Moderation von Trainings, beispielsweise zu Themen wie Kommunikation oder Konfliktlösung, sowie im Umgang mit Schulungsmatrizen und Learning Management Systemen (LMS).
- Ausgeprägte Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und Fachbereichen sowie nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden und im Teammanagement.
- Analytisches Denkvermögen mit der Fähigkeit, Daten zu interpretieren, Trends zu erkennen und daraus geeignete Korrektur- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen abzuleiten; sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und GSuite.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Flexibilität und Anpassungsfähigkeit in einem schnelllebigen, dynamischen Umfeld sowie wünschenswerte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und in Arbeitssicherheitsstandards.
