Responsabilidades principales

- Revisión y redacción de Términos y Condiciones, contratos de diversas unidades de negocio y otros documentos legales.
- Análisis de nuevos proyectos y de jurisprudencia asociada.
- Gestión de poderes y documentos societarios
- Seguimiento de causas judiciales y administrativas

Requisitos

- Abogado/a con 2 a 4 años de experiencia
- Inglés intermedio/avanzado - Portugués deseable
- Dominio de la normativa civil; comercial y consumidor
- Experiencia trabajando en empresas, revisando contratos comerciales y temas corporativos
- Uso de herramientas digitales asociadas a IA
