## ABOUT WINCENT

We are a team of 150+ people, primarily Engineers, Traders and Quants, focused on HFT with ~1% of global crypto trading volume. Being a bit weird, we

- Are self-taught; our founders do not come from any of the big HFTs
- Chose to have no VCs on cap-table; this spot is for our colleagues
- Made Bratislava the central hub, not London or Amsterdam

## ABOUT THE ROLE

We operate in a fast-moving, regulated, and ambiguous environment. Compliance is not a support function here. It is directly tied to whether we can trade, onboard counterparties, and scale.

This role sits at the center of that.

You will help execute the operational layer of Compliance and Legal. That means running onboarding, tracking multiple parallel workstreams, and making sure nothing slips between Compliance, other internal departments and external counterparties.

This is a hands-on execution role. You will not observe processes. You will run them, improve them, and fix them when they break.

## RESPONSIBILITIES

- Compliance triage: monitor communication channels, assist counterparties with onboarding, track onboarding status, manage initial and final stages, and allocate daily tasks
- Project management: manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on schedule
- Process and counterparty experience improvement: identify inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and help implement better workflows
- Research & analysis: gather data and prepare concise summaries or briefs for the CLO and senior compliance/legal stakeholders
- Meeting coordination: prepare agendas, facilitate meetings, record minutes, and track follow-ups

- Organized and structured: able to map out processes, prioritize, and track multiple projects
- Project management tools proficiency: we use Asana
- Critical thinking & problem-solving: able to break down issues and propose solutions
- Strong communication: clear writing and comfort with different stakeholders
- Learning mindset: picks up new concepts quickly and handles unfamiliar tasks
- Business sense: understands basics of business operations and finance
- Collaboration: receptive to feedback and improves quickly

## CANDIDATE PROFILE

## MUST-HAVES

- At least 2 years of experience in operations, project management, consulting, finance, or similar role involving organisation and decision-making Alternatively, experience as a senior legal secretary or executive assistant in a high-performance environment
- Experience managing projects or coordinating complex workflows
- Comfort working with multiple stakeholders across functions

## NICE-TO-HAVES

- Exposure to crypto, trading, or financial services
- Familiarity with project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- Experience in client-facing or key account roles
- Experience with project management tools
- Experience with drafting emails, presentations, and reports
