## Job description

Sobre el Equipo Estamos buscando un/a Legal Counsel – Corporate para unirse al equipo jurídico de Glintt Global, donde tendrás la oportunidad de participar en el acompañamiento jurídico transversal del negocio, reportando directamente a la Dirección Jurídica en Portugal. Como Legal Counsel, tu día a día estará orientado a dar soporte jurídico continuo a las distintas áreas operativas de la compañía, especialmente en materias de derecho corporativo, mercantil y societario, asegurando una relación cercana con el negocio y el cumplimiento de las obligaciones legales y regulatorias locales. Participarás en proyectos transversales, trabajando de forma colaborativa con equipos no jurídicos y aportando una visión práctica del derecho en un entorno dinámico.

¿Cómo te imaginamos?

- Con experiencia en asesoría jurídica corporativa, ya sea en empresa o en despacho con clientes empresariales.
- Con conocimientos en derecho mercantil, societario y corporativo, y ganas de seguir desarrollándote en un entorno de negocio.
- Con voluntad de aprender, asumir responsabilidades y ganar autonomía progresivamente.
- Capaz de comunicar y trasladar conceptos jurídicos a áreas no jurídicas de forma clara y práctica.
- Cómodo/a trabajando con distintos equipos y gestionando varios asuntos legales de manera simultánea.
- Con actitud proactiva, seguridad en ti mismo/a y orientación a la resolución de problemas.

Lo que buscamos

- Licenciatura en Derecho.
- Experiencia previa de 2 a 5 años en funciones jurídicas similares, preferiblemente en empresa y/o despacho con clientes corporativos.
- Conocimientos en derecho mercantil, societario y corporativo.
- Se valoran conocimientos de derecho laboral español (no excluyente).
- Capacidad de autonomía, organización y gestión de prioridades, con acompañamiento del equipo.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación y orientación al negocio.
- Nivel alto de inglés, hablado y escrito.
