You’ll build trust in minutes, qualify cases, and ensure every eligible client signs quickly and seamlessly. This 24/7 team is the front line of Finch’s client experience. The Schedule: - Monday - Friday, 12:00PM - 10:00PM EST You Will: - Answer inbound calls for multiple Law Firms with empathy and professionalism - Qualify cases and confirm eligibility using defined criteria and an understanding of personal injury cases - Guide clients through the sign-up process and secure retainers - Hand off cases to attorneys and lead paralegals with complete and accurate information - Maintain responsiveness as a key builder of trust with every partner Your Team: Legal Operations Legal Operations is responsible for delivering exceptional outcomes for our law firm partners and their injured clients with precision, speed & care.
