You will be part of a collaborative team that is ready to partner in initiatives that influence all aspects of the business and willing to go the extra mile. ## Role As a Legal Intern in the Commercial team, you will play a key role in supporting the operational teams by addressing their legal needs. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing IP protection and infringement issues, including trademark registrations, takedown requests, and pre-litigation or litigation cases in France and abroad. - Contributing actively to the company’s strategy to strengthen the protection of its games and apps in an evolving legal environment. - Drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements for publishing, marketing, and gaming teams. This includes publishing contracts, user acquisition and monetization agreements, service contracts, and partnership deals.
