## Job description

Easybrain is a fast-growing international IT company building products used by millions of users worldwide. Our Polish entity operates as part of an international Group, working in close cooperation with the Group’s legal and management teams. We are looking for a Legal Specialist to join our team and strengthen the day-to-day legal support of our Polish operations.

Responsibilities:

- Support the Company in day-to-day legal tasks;
- Draft, review and keep up-to-date standard legal documents (e.g. NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts) in line with Group templates and internal policies;
- Support the contract lifecycle process and ensure proper documentation flow in accordance with internal procedures;
- Assist in routine corporate housekeeping matters of the Polish entity (resolutions, powers of attorney, maintaining corporate records, filings);
- Support HR and Finance teams with routine legal documentation within the assigned scope;
- Monitor changes in Polish law relevant to the Company’s operations and inform relevant stakeholders where appropriate;
- Assist with routine intellectual property documentation, including matters related to copyrights and IP transfer clauses.

Requirements:

- 2–3+ years of professional experience in a law firm or in-house legal role;
- Practical knowledge of Polish corporate, employment and intellectual property law;
- Experience drafting and reviewing commercial agreements;
- Strong command of English (written and spoken);
- Structured, detail-oriented and practical approach to legal work;
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, international environment.

Will Be a Plus:

- Russian language proficiency;
- Experience in an international group of companies;
- Experience in IT or software development businesses;
- Exposure to cross-border legal matters.
