## Job description

Über Buena Buena digitalisiert die Hausverwaltung in Deutschland. Wir übernehmen traditionelle Hausverwaltungen und transformieren sie in moderne, technologiegetriebene Unternehmen, mit dem Ziel, Immobilienverwaltung einfach und transparent zu machen.

Deine Rolle Du baust unser Rechnungswesen von Grund auf. Du entwickelst die Prozesse, gestaltest die Systeme und stellst Schritt für Schritt ein schlankes Team zusammen. Dabei arbeitest du selbst operativ mit und verantwortest korrekte HGB-Abschlüsse für alle Gesellschaften und für die Gruppe. Du berichtest direkt an den CFO. Unsere Gruppe wächst durch Zukäufe, und was du aufbaust, muss mit diesem Tempo mithalten. Du entscheidest, wie Rechnungswesen bei Buena funktioniert.

Was du tun wirst

- Aufbau. Du baust ein zentrales Rechnungswesen für alle deutschen Gesellschaften Schritt für Schritt auf. Dafür legst du Zielbild und Roadmap fest, übernimmst Aufgaben von externen Dienstleistern und steuerst die Zusammenarbeit mit ihnen.
- Prozesse. Du setzt einheitliche Prozesse von der Kreditorenbuchhaltung bis zum Jahresabschluss auf, inklusive festem Abschlusskalender, und reduzierst manuelle Schritte.
- Integration neuer Gesellschaften. Du baust die Systeme und Prozesse, mit denen wir neu erworbene Gesellschaften schnell und präzise integrieren.
- Systeme. Du verantwortest DATEV und LucaNet und gestaltest Datenmodell, Kontenplan, Mapping, Validierungen und Berechtigungen.
- Einzelabschlüsse. Du prüfst die Einzelabschlüsse aller Gesellschaften auf Richtigkeit und Termintreue, damit sie eine belastbare Basis für die Konsolidierung sind. Wo nötig, übernimmst du Abschlussbuchungen, Abstimmungen und Intercompany-Klärungen selbst.
- Konsolidierung. Du baust die HGB-Konsolidierung in LucaNet auf, mit monatlichen Konzernzahlen, die einer Prüfung standhalten, sowie Konzernkontenplan und Bilanzierungsrichtlinien.
- Prüfer und Berater. Du bist erste Ansprechperson für Wirtschaftsprüfer und Steuerberater und setzt Prüfungsfeststellungen um.
- Team. Du baust das Team Schritt für Schritt auf und entscheidest, welche Aufgaben intern bleiben und welche extern vergeben werden.

Du passt gut zu uns, wenn

- Du hast Konzernabschlüsse nach HGB selbst erstellt, nicht nur koordiniert oder geprüft, am besten in einer Gruppe mit vielen Gesellschaften.
- Du bist LucaNet-Experte und hast eine Konsolidierung dort selbst neu aufgesetzt, von der Datenübernahme aus DATEV bis zum Reporting.
- Du beherrschst DATEV bis in die Tiefe und hast viele Mandanten mit einheitlicher Struktur aufgesetzt und geführt.
- Du hast ein Rechnungswesen mit Prozessen und Systemen selbst aufgebaut, nicht nur verbessert.
- Du hast ein Team aufgebaut und geführt.
- Du erkennst Fehler in Einzelabschlüssen, bevor sie in die Konsolidierung laufen.
- Du warst bei Abschlussprüfungen erste Ansprechperson und hast Feststellungen umgesetzt.
- Du arbeitest schnell und genau, auch unter Abschlussdruck.
- Du kommst in unklaren Situationen schnell ins Handeln.
- Du entwirfst Lösungen und setzt sie selbst um, ohne auf Vorlagen oder Zuarbeit zu warten.
- Du hast BWL, Rechnungswesen oder Finanzen studiert oder bist vergleichbar qualifiziert. Bilanzbuchhalter, Steuerfachwirt, Steuerberater oder Prüfer sind ein Vorteil.
- Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und gut Englisch.
