## Responsibilities

- Deliver a consultative, personalized mortgage experience based on each borrower’s financial goals and circumstances
- Educate clients on available financing options and recommend appropriate loan solutions
- Leverage our proprietary AI-enabled loan origination system, automation, and data-driven tools to manage opportunities and accelerate the lending process
- Engage and convert company-provided opportunities while developing relationships with personal, professional, and referral networks
- Manage an active pipeline from initial consultation through closing
- Maintain consistent, proactive communication with borrowers, real estate partners, and internal team members
- Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with operations, processing, underwriting, and closing teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation throughout the loan process
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and applicable federal and state lending regulations
- Stay informed about market conditions, lending guidelines, product updates, and emerging technology

## Qualifications

- Active NMLS registration and applicable state licenses, or the ability to obtain required licensing
- Mortgage lending, financial services, sales, or relationship-management experience preferred
- Strong consultative sales and communication skills
- Ability to understand a borrower’s needs and clearly explain complex financial information
- Comfortable adopting AI, automation, digital platforms, and new technology
- Self-motivated, organized, and accountable for results.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance
- Collaborative mindset with a client-first approach
