In this role, you’ll build and scale lifecycle programs that drive onboarding, conversion, retention, and winback across iOS, Android, and web. You’ll own both strategy and execution: defining the lifecycle roadmap, building campaigns, and continuously optimizing performance across email, push, and in-app channels. You’ll partner closely with our product, engineering, data science, and creative teams to deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time. The programs you build will directly impact core company metrics and shape how customers experience and engage with Captions.
