Over the last decade, software has transformed the digital world. But the physical world, where food is made, minerals are mined, goods are moved, and industries are run, remains far less intelligent, far less efficient, and far more constrained. We’re changing that. Atoms builds Physical AI— real-world robots for the industries that move civilization forward, starting with food, mining, and transport. Our systems are designed to understand, predict, and control the real world with precision, turning complex physical operations into something more reliable, more scalable, and more productive. This work requires more than robotics. It requires deep integration across hardware, software, AI, operations, manufacturing, and real estate. We don’t just build machines in a lab. We deploy them into real environments, operate them, learn from them, and improve them until they work at scale. We are roboticists, engineers, operators, and builders. We believe the next great technology companies will not only transform information, but the physical systems that shape everyday life. If you want to work on hard problems with real-world impact, join us. ## About the role We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution of lifecycle communications across Atom's's core audiences: riders and drivers. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of marketing, operations, recruiting, and data. This role builds and optimizes the engagement programs that turn first-time riders into loyal customers, move driver candidates from application to first shift, and keep our employee drivers informed, engaged, and recognized throughout their time at Atom's. The ideal candidate is a strong strategist and hands-on builder with a track record of driving measurable results through lifecycle marketing. This person brings sharp analytical instincts and a bias for action: someone who can design journeys at scale, segment audiences thoughtfully, test and iterate quickly, and write compelling, on-brand messaging. We're looking for someone who thinks end-to-end about the rider and driver journey and is obsessed with making every touchpoint feel like Atom's. If you've built lifecycle programs in Braze, love turning data into better experiences, and are excited about loyalty and rewards, we want to hear from you. ## What you'll do - Own lifecycle marketing strategy across riders and drivers from first touch through long-term retention - Build, launch, and manage automated email, SMS, in-app, and push journeys in Braze, including onboarding, activation, engagement, win-back, and retention programs - Partner with Recruiting to build candidate journeys that move driver applicants from application to first shift - Own the driver communications that keep our drivers informed, engaged, and recognized - Work cross-functionally throughout the organization, including with Operations and Training to ensure our communications meet the needs of the business - Develop rider lifecycle programs that encourage first rides, repeat usage, and membership engagement - Help shape and execute Atom's loyalty and rewards programming, including the Driver Milestone Program - Build segmentation and personalization strategies using behavioral, operational, and market data, partnering with Engineering to advance our data strategy - Design and run A/B tests on messaging, timing, channels, and offers, and turn results into clear recommendations - Track and report on lifecycle performance, including engagement, conversion, and retention metrics - Maintain Braze best practices, including data quality, deliverability, and message frequency ## What we're looking for - Bachelor's degree - 5–7 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing - Experience in a fast-paced environment - Proven experience building and optimizing automated email, push, SMS, and in-app programs at scale - Hands-on experience with a CRM or marketing automation platform—Braze strongly preferred - Experience with segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing, using data to drive decisions - Strong writing skills with an eye for clear, concise, on-brand messaging - Proven track record of testing, iterating, and improving processes quickly - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and bias for action - Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple markets and audiences ## Nice to have - Experience designing or managing loyalty, rewards, or incentive programs - Experience marketing to more than one audience (e.g., customers and employees) ## Why join us At Atoms, you’ll work on one of the defining challenges of our time—bringing automation into the physical world to drive real, lasting impact. We exist to uncover valuable unknown truths and turn them into progress, which means constantly pushing beyond what’s known and building what doesn’t yet exist. The work is ambitious and often challenging, but it’s grounded in a shared sense of purpose and a team committed to seeing it through together. Our work only matters if it serves others, and we know that meaningful progress depends on the trust of the people we serve and the strength of our team—so we invest in both, creating an environment where you can do your best work and grow. What else you need to know This role is based in our Dallas office. Atoms is a company driven by invention and continuous change - we are constantly reimagining our industries, building new products, and refining how we operate. We do our best work together. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week. The base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards. Benefits Summary (USA Full-Time Exempt Employees): - Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance - Flexible Spending Account / Health Savings Account Options - 401(k) - Equity - Sick Time, Unlimited Flexible Time Off, and Paid Holidays - Paid Parental Leave - Pre-Tax Commuter Benefit Plan Benefits are subject to change at the company's discretion. Atoms accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
