To my surprise, he replied, and soon I found myself stepping into what would become a life-changing opportunity. During the interview process, it became clear just how new everything was. There was no office, no payroll system, no established infrastructure. But what stood out was Jacob and Josh's unwavering belief in the vision they had for Fresh Prints. They didn't have all the answers, but their passion was contagious. I knew I wanted to help build something from the ground up. So I jumped in. I found an office, figured out payroll, and brought in my childhood best friend to help get things off the ground. Over the years, I had the opportunity to wear multiple hats, solve challenging problems, and help scale teams across Finance, Tech, Marketing, and eventually HR. If you're someone who's excited by challenges, loves figuring things out, and wants to learn recruiting at a company where you'll have real ownership from day one, we'd love to meet you. ## About the Job We're looking for LinkedIn Recruitment Associates to help us hire our Campus Managers across universities in the United States. This isn't a job where you'll spend months doing repetitive administrative work. You'll work directly on live hiring projects, learn modern sourcing techniques, experiment with AI recruiting tools, and understand what great recruiting looks like at a global startup. Over the course of the job, you'll build practical recruiting skills that most people only learn after joining full-time. If you perform well, you'll have the opportunity to be considered for a long-term full-time role with Fresh Prints. ## What You'll Do - Research universities across the US to understand where we should recruit from - Source potential candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms - Learn and apply Boolean search techniques to identify high-quality talent - Reach out to candidates and build talent pipelines - Screen candidates based on graduation year, field of study, and role requirements - Maintain accurate recruiting data and candidate records - Work closely with your manager to improve sourcing strategies - Learn to use AI tools such as Claude and other recruiting technologies to become a more effective recruiter - Contribute ideas to improve our hiring process ## What We're Looking For - Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills - Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, sales, or marketing - Comfortable learning LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques (prior experience is a plus but not mandatory) - Curious about AI and excited to learn new recruiting tools - Detail-oriented and highly organized - Self-motivated and eager to learn - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Internship experience in recruiting, HR, sales, or marketing is a plus - Fresh graduates with internship experience may apply Who You'll Thrive Here If You're... - Curious and proactive - Someone who enjoys solving problems - Ambitious and driven to learn quickly - Comfortable working towards goals - Open to feedback and continuous improvement - Calm under pressure - Excited to build something meaningful Duration This is a 3-month full-time job designed to give you hands-on experience in modern recruiting.
