We are currently searching for an ambitious and highly motivated Logistics Assistant to support our Shipping/Receiving and Inventory departments Pay: CA$18.00-CA$23.00 per hour Duties - Support shipping and receiving operations in accordance with safety standards and company policies. - Assist with project inventory and kitting. - Support quarterly and annual inventory counts. - Coordinate with carriers to obtain pricing, arrange shipments, and prepare required shipping and receiving documentation. - Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions. - Handle, store, and pack parts, systems, and materials according to established procedures. - Coordinate with the team to ensure on-time customer deliveries. - Maintain shipping supplies. - Keep parts and supplies clean, organized, and properly stored. ## Qualifications - Recent post-secondary graduate preferred. - Electronics industry experience is an asset. - Must be willing to travel to our U.S. office for training and support and hold a valid passport for U.S. travel. - Experience in warehouse distribution, supply chain management, or a related field. - Comfortable using computers, automated business equipment, and related technology. - Working knowledge of MS Dynamics is an asset. - Experience with shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, packaging, and material handling. - Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining inventory accuracy and documentation.
