## Job description

Taxforce baut eine moderne, KI-gestützte Steuerkanzlei. Wir kombinieren klassische steuerliche Qualität mit digitalen Prozessen und bauen unsere Kanzlei bewusst ohne gewachsene Altstrukturen auf.

Deine Aufgaben

- Eigenständige und zuverlässige Betreuung fester Mandate im Bereich Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
- Termingerechte Erstellung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen
- Pflege von Personalstammdaten sowie Bearbeitung von Ein- und Austritten
- Prüfung und Qualitätssicherung der Abrechnungen
- Ansprechpartner:in für Mandanten und Mitarbeitende bei lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Kommunikation mit Krankenkassen, Sozialversicherungsträgern und Behörden
- Du hältst dem Team den Rücken frei: Mit deiner Sorgfalt sorgst du dafür, dass die Abrechnungsläufe reibungslos und termingerecht laufen

Mit wachsender Erfahrung und je nach Profil:

- Eigenständige Klärung komplexerer lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlicher Sachverhalte
- Unterstützung bei Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsprüfungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern bei Mandaten

Ziel der Rolle: Verlässlichkeit im Tagesgeschäft Im Mittelpunkt der Rolle steht die saubere, termingerechte Abwicklung der laufenden Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für unsere Mandate. Du bringst Routine und Sicherheit in den Arbeitsalltag und sorgst dafür, dass sich das Team auf eine stabile fachliche Basis verlassen kann – ohne dass laufend nachgesteuert werden muss. Wir arbeiten mit digitalen und KI-gestützten Systemen, die dir Routinetätigkeiten abnehmen, damit du dich auf die fachlich anspruchsvollen Teile deiner Arbeit konzentrieren kannst.

Was du mitbringst

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte:r oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung (Weiterbildung zum/zur Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhalter:in oder Personalfachkauffrau/-mann willkommen)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
- Sicheres Fachwissen im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängiger Lohnsoftware (z. B. DATEV Lohn und Gehalt)
- Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und ein starkes Verantwortungsbewusstsein für termingerechte Abläufe
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und diskrete Arbeitsweise auch bei hohem Mandatsvolumen
- Offenheit gegenüber digitalen Lösungen
