We are actively expanding our M&A Tax Services practice and seeking experienced professionals ready to deliver measurable impact for private equity firms, strategic buyers, and growing businesses navigating complex transactions. We are seeking a results-driven Manager to lead tax advisory engagements supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic transactions.
