The Machine Operator is responsible for operating all facility machinery safely and with maximum efficiency. Shift: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, & Friday - 7:00am to 5:30pm You will... - Operate and staff all automated packaging and production machinery (including SidePouch, Sauce Portioners, VibraCone, Likwifier, Urschel, and related equipment). - Assist automated systems with food preparation and portioning into final packaging. - Identify equipment irregularities, troubleshoot minor issues, and escalate major technical problems to maintenance promptly. - Ensure machinery is thoroughly cleaned and maintained according to Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP). - Accurately complete operational documentation and coordinate transactions with Quality Assurance and Management. - Provide ongoing coaching, support, and informal training to junior Machine Operators. You have… - Minimum of 6 months of machine operation experience at Green Chef, or 1+ years of external machine operator experience. - Strong communication skills in English - Demonstrated reliability, good performance standing, and attendance history. - Willingness to train and mentor team members on equipment operating procedures.
