Property Name: Moonridge Maintenance Groundskeeper Under the supervision of the Community Manager and/or Maintenance Lead, the Maintenance Groundskeeper is responsible for the overall maintenance of the property. ## Responsibilities - Assists with move-ins, move-outs, annual inspections, and preparing vacant units for re-occupancy - Performs light maintenance: electrical, plumbing, painting, and minor repairs (e.g., glass, tile, locks) - Maintains inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies - Cleans common areas including laundry rooms, restrooms, offices, and hallways - Maintains outdoor areas: picks up ground debris daily, sweeps sidewalks and parking lots, trims shrubs, and removes weeds - Monitors and reports grounds conditions, completes routine groundskeeping logs, and ensures exterior areas are safe and presentable - Participates in emergency standby schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays) - Complies with safety policies and performs other duties as assigned ## Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
