Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and repair cabinet production equipment, including CNC machines, saws, edge banders, sanders, and finishing equipment - Manage and perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities - Ensure all machinery operates efficiently to minimize downtime and production delays - Support production teams by responding quickly to maintenance issues on the floor - Schedule and perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment life - Maintain proper operation of dust collection, air compression, and material handling systems - Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and manufacturing standards - Assist with equipment installation, upgrades, and layout changes as needed - Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed - Keep basic maintenance records and reports Qualifications: - 3+ Experience in maintenance or facility management.
