At Hillpointe, you'll be part of a dynamic, innovative team that has tangible impacts on day-to-day operations and contributes directly to overall success. ## MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations to ensure the safety, functionality, cleanliness, and appearance of the community. This includes coordinating service requests, preparing vacant units for move-in, managing inventory, supervising vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
