## Job description

En tant que Manager au sein de notre activité Stratégie & Business Consulting, vous piloterez des projets de transformation opérationnelle pour des clients majeurs issus principalement des services financiers. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau afin d’identifier des leviers de performance, optimiser les processus et générer des résultats concrets et mesurables.

Ce poste combine réflexion stratégique et management opérationnel, avec l’opportunité de piloter des programmes de transformation tout en accompagnant le développement des équipes et des relations clients.

Vos Missions

- Piloter des projets d’efficacité opérationnelle et de transformation de bout en bout chez nos clients (banque, assurance, énergie, service de paiement, etc.)
- Analyser les modèles opérationnels existants et identifier des opportunités d’amélioration durable
- Animer des ateliers et accompagner les parties prenantes dans la conduite du changement
- Encadrer et faire grandir les équipes de consultants tout en garantissant l’excellence des livrables
- Contribuer au développement commercial à travers des propositions, présentations clients et initiatives de practice

Votre Profil

- Expérience confirmée dans la transformation opérationnelle ou le conseil en management dans les services financiers dont la BFI
- Bonne maîtrise des sujets liés à l’optimisation des processus, aux modèles opérationnels cibles et à la conduite du changement
- Capacité à interagir avec des parties prenantes variées dans des environnements complexes
- Excellentes compétences analytiques, relationnelles et de communication en français et en anglais
- Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement de conseil dynamique, collaboratif et exigeant en français et en anglais

Atouts Supplémentaires

- Certification (Green belt ou Black Belt) ou expérience confirmée en Lean, Six Sigma, Agile ou amélioration continue
- Expérience sur des projets de transformation digitale ou d’automatisation
