As our Manager, Financial Reporting and Compliance, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our financial reporting, regulatory disclosures, and internal controls. As our Manager, Financial Reporting and Compliance, you will: - Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), ensuring the quality and accuracy of reported information. - Coordinate and prepare public company continuous disclosure documents, including Management’s Discussion and Analysis, the annual report, financial results releases, and other regulatory filings. - Support compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures designed to safeguard company assets and ensure financial data accuracy, including coordinating control testing required under National Instrument 52-109. - Research and analyze complex accounting matters and non-routine transactions, documenting conclusions through technical analyses and accounting memoranda in accordance with IFRS. - Assess and implement new accounting standards, disclosure requirements, and accounting policies while contributing to continuous improvements across financial reporting processes, controls, and systems. - Prepare and review government assistance and research and development (R&D) tax credit claims, perform related accounting analyses, and collaborate across teams to address financial information needs.
