Position Overview Tonix Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Manager, Financial Reporting to lead and manage the Company's external financial reporting process and SEC compliance activities. This role will be responsible for preparing and reviewing SEC filings, maintaining technical accounting documentation, supporting ad hoc reporting and analysis, and partnering cross-functionally with finance, legal, investor relations, and external auditors.
