職位名稱: Manager, Global Security Operations Center – Taiwan

全球安全營運中心經理負責 GSOC 日常營運管理，包括人力覆蓋、班表安排、交接品質、事件通報及案件管理。此職位將與台灣及韓國團隊合作，以英文即時核對案件資訊，維持營運紀律，並改善倉庫及辦公室的提報品質。此職位亦負責建置及優化 SOP、透過訓練提升團隊準備度，並在相關業務逐步移轉至台灣的過程中支援 Business Continuity 協作。

工作地點: 桃園 / 台北

主要職責

- 管理 GSOC 日常營運，確保人力覆蓋、班表安排、交接品質、事件升級準備及營運持續性。
- 主導事件分級、資訊確認、通報、升級、紀錄及結案，提升案件處理的即時性與完整性。
- 建立並優化 SOP、工作指引及檢核表，辨識流程缺口、定義例外處理方式並維護版本紀錄。
- 透過案件 Review、品質抽查、根因分析及改善追蹤，提升倉庫與辦公室的提報及營運品質。
- 辨識團隊能力缺口，執行新人訓練、在職指導與演練，並追蹤訓練及改善成果。
- 以英文與韓國及跨部門利害關係人進行即時案件核對，並支援 Business Continuity、危機應變及業務移轉活動。

必備資格

- 具輪班營運中心、控制室、客服營運中心或其他即時作業團隊的日常管理經驗。
- 具人員管理、工作分配、班表覆蓋、輪班交接及臨時缺勤調整經驗。
- 具事件分級、資訊確認、通報、升級、案件紀錄及結案追蹤經驗。
- 具 SOP、工作指引、應變手冊或檢核表的建立、維護或優化經驗。
- 能以英文進行即時案件核對、資訊澄清及錯誤修正。
- 能在陌生流程及組織環境中吸收資訊、依程序執行、接受回饋並維持穩定交付。
- 能配合包含星期六及星期日的日班輪班安排。

優先資格

- 具 Security Vendor、Physical Security Vendor、GSOC Vendor 或企業安全營運環境經驗。
- 具科技業中控室、Security Control Room、Command Center，或其他包含持續監控、告警處理、輪班交接及升級機制的營運中心經驗。
- 具案件抽查、報告品質檢核、營運稽核、據點評估或改善追蹤經驗。
- 具 Business Continuity、危機管理、緊急應變演練、服務復原或 Operational Resilience 協作經驗。
- 具新人訓練、在職指導、演練設計、知識標準化或訓練成效追蹤經驗。
- 具委外服務交付、安全供應商管理，或營運責任由供應商／區域團隊移轉至內部團隊的經驗。
- 具科技製造、半導體、金融服務、物流、電商、設施管理或高密度場域營運經驗
