Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) and Planned Parenthood Action Fund seek an Influencer Engagement Manager. This job reports to the Associate Director, Content Partnership department within the Content, Culture and Events department. This role will support the development and execution of c3 and c4 creator partnerships and influencer engagement initiatives. It will help drive impactful social-first campaigns by managing creator relationships, supporting campaign operations, monitoring emerging trends, and ensuring seamless execution across partnerships. The ideal candidate is a creative and highly organized social media strategist who can manage complex projects, build strong relationships with creators and internal partners, translate organizational priorities into compelling content opportunities, and advance social change through digital storytelling. Purpose: - This role will support the development and execution of C3 and C4 creator partnerships and influencer engagement initiatives. - It will help drive impactful social-first campaigns by managing creator relationships, supporting campaign operations, monitoring emerging trends, and ensuring seamless execution across partnerships. - The ideal candidate is a creative and highly organized content strategist who can manage complex projects, build strong relationships with creators and internal partners, translate organizational priorities into compelling content opportunities, and advance social change through digital storytelling. - Support content and digital partnership opportunities that extend beyond traditional influencer engagement, helping identify new ways to reach and engage audiences. Engagement: - In partnership with the Associate Director, maintain and build solid working relationships with both internal and cross-functional teams and external talent teams. - Work cross-functionally with internal teams to oversee and manage digital influencer campaigns to ensure consistency, equitable partnerships, legal compliance, and brand safety. - Provide project updates, performance insights, and recommendations to the Associate Director and cross-functional stakeholders. - Support creator engagement initiatives, including in-person events, bespoke merch development and seeding, and in-platform communications. - Work with creators, talent teams, vendors, and other external partners across influencer, content, and digital partnership work.
