As our Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for owning the entire process of 3D printing and processing custom-made medical equipment for individuals who use wheelchairs. Hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities: Run a bank of resin and FDM 3D printers, staging jobs, starting prints, and harvesting finished parts to keep machines producing through the shift. Post-process printed parts: support removal, washing, curing, cleanup, and finishing to established standards. Perform first-pass inspection on every part, catching print defects (layer shift, warping, incomplete cure, poor bed adhesion) before they reach Quality Control. Diagnose issues on the floor and implement practical fixes. Contribute ideas to reduce cycle time and improve quality. Collaborate with R&D on prototypes and pilot builds.
