Ми впроваджуємо передові технології peer-to-peer аудіо та відеозв’язку, які використовуються в таких продуктах, як Telegram, WhatsApp та Google Meet. Продукти активно зростають, а разом з ними зростає і наша команда. Шукаємо Marketing Analyst, який/яка стане справжнім аналітичним рушієм команди. Що ти будеш робити: — Відповідатимеш за маркетингову аналітику від початку до інсайту; — Когортний та воронковий аналіз: глибоке дослідження поведінки користувачів, Retention, LTV, CAC та юніт-економіки; — A/B тестування end-to-end: від дизайну експерименту до статистичної валідації та рекомендацій для продукту; — Аналізуватимеш ефективність Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat, ASA etc.; — Стратегічні ad hoc дослідження: допомагатимеш C-level і стейкхолдерам приймати рішення на основі даних, а не відчуттів. Що очікуємо від тебе: — 1+ року досвіду на позиції Data / Product / Marketing Analyst; — Впевнене знання SQL; — Python для аналізу: pandas, numpy, statsmodels; досвід автоматизації pipeline'ів; — Досвід роботи з маркетинговими метриками: CAC, LTV, ROAS, Retention та ін. Буде перевагою: — Досвід з MMP; — Досвід з ML-моделями (churn prediction, LTV forecasting); — Мобільна аналітика (Amplitude, Mixpanel).
