Essential Functions & Responsibilities: ● Data Analysis & Optimization: Work closely with the Marketing & Bank Operations teams to analyze marketing collateral, emails, reprints, FAQs and special projects for compliance with Consumer disclosure requirements ● Insight Communication: Develop stable working relationships with colleagues to communicate insights and data-driven recommendations across the marketing and product teams ● Process Improvement: Modify and improve existing data processes and the Disclosure Library under the guidance of senior analysts to enhance the accuracy of marketing reviews. ● All other duties assigned

Qualifications: ● Experience: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience in reviewing marketing collateral ● Problem Solving: Ability to work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of regulatory disclosures is required ● Technical Skills: Ability to adapt to new technologies and databases, such as Jira, Figma ● Analytical Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial services consumer compliance ● Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop stable working relationships with immediate colleagues and supervisors ● Adaptability: A self-starter mindset with the ability to apply professional concepts and company policies to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment
